Our staff follows a systematic top-to-bottom approach to cleaning each time, thus maximizing efficiency and cleaning. Every visit can be individually tailored to the specific needs of the household. The first step in the process is to contact us to schedule your in-home consultation with our residential management staff.

Standard Policies and Procedures
There is always a period of fine-tuning and tweaking necessary as we get acclimated to your home. Customer communication is encouraged and needed to accommodate and understand the requirements and preferences unique to their individual likes, dislikes, personal preferences and needs. We have implemented certain standards to assist with this process and bear the responsibility of monitoring the staff and the quality of service.

A residential manager will arrive with the cleaning staff the day of your first cleaning to introduce the staff to your home and its specific requirements. It is also our policy to periodically perform unannounced customer cleaning inspections while staff members are in your home during scheduled cleanings.

Reminder calls or e-mails are sent to customers one to two days prior to their cleaning, ensuring that our customers will be prepared for our visit. This allows all customers the opportunity to make changes or additions to their schedule or cleanings prior to our arrival. This reduces unnecessary charges and scheduling conflicts.

All cleaning staff members are required to check in / out with our residential management 
staff from all residential locations using the customer’s home-based phone to verify arrival and departure times.
A cleaning work ticket will be left after every cleaning to verify the time frame in the customer's home and the charges to be billed, or as a receipt for payment.

Requests for additional cleanings or reductions of more than half an hour need to be arranged prior to the scheduled cleaning.
We offer individual and team cleanings based on customer preference and household needs first. Every attempt is made to keep the same cleaner(s) in the home. When this is not possible, a residential manager will personally introduce a different cleaner to your home and your preferences.
